Our company has used Ace Exhibits for many years and events all with usually a seamless experience.
As recently as yesterday, Kristen stepped in to help me with shipping and production questions before my rep got into work for the morning and I couldn't be more appreciative of the hours she helped save for me despite not being my "assigned associate." Many times you work with companies that only your rep will be of assistance and Kristen stepped up to help without hesitation despite it not being her assigned account. Very very impressed with her customer service and prompt responses.
My rep, Luke, was also fantastic from start to finish and we have worked with him many times before but I would remiss to not comment on the full team experience vs working in a silo common at other production companies.

I've made multiple orders with Ace Displays for my company, and each time, the results exceed all expectations. Not only is the ordering process simple and straightforward, but the internal attention to detail is exceptional. Any time I have had a question or quality concern, I've been able to chat with a team member to get my issue resolved. Their response time is always so quick. Best experience I have had in a 25 year career. Branden and Tracy were especially helpful. We had the best support from the start selecting the right exhibit. Our look at the conference was second to none The exhibit hall was dark and our Lumos backlit display could be seen from isles away. It was easy to set up and breakdown and truly one of the best you can buy for the price. The art department and tool for approval again was a breeze, especially when I had to rush through the final banner stand. The rich black setting was wrong and the fixed it and kept it moving. Cheers to a great company and support for us business owners. Well done!
